Growing up and taking responsibility

You may have lived with haemophilia from early childhood or only recently been diagnosed. The reality is that growing up is a stage in life when there may be new pressures or expectations on you, and you start to think about having the freedom to make your own treatment and lifestyle choices and what effect these may have on those around you.

Coping with these issues can seem difficult so this section aims to give you some information and ideas for dealing with haemophilia as you get older and making decisions which can help you day-to-day and into your future.
